Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 9 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that the impunged order dated 15.06.2016 is appealable as per clause 6.1 of the Centralised Procedures of the Government of Chhattisgarh for suspension, Demotion, Non-renewal & DE Registration of Contractors/Firms, 2014.

(2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may allowed to prefer appeal before the competent authority and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to prefer appeal before the competent authority within a period of 30 days from today and in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same on its own merit in accordance with law expeditiously.
