Agrawal Order On Board 26/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that against the order dated 23.04.2015 passed by Collector, JanjgirChampa, the representation/revision would lie before the State Government.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to make representation/revision before the State Government within a period of three weeks from today.

(3) In view of above, the petitioner is permitted to make

representation/revision before the State Government. If such representation/revision is filed by the petitioner before the State Government within a period of three weeks from todays, in that event the State Government shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation/revision of the petitioner. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
