(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to make representation for redressal of his grievances before respondent No. 1 and the same may be directed to be decided by respondent No.1 within the specific time frame. To which, counsel for the State has no objection. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers

representation before respondent No.1 for redressal of his grievances within two weeks from today, respondent No.1 shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
