The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 350/2015 registered in Police Station Sirgitti, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) for offence punishable under section 294, 506, 323/34 and 307 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case on 16/11/2015 the injured Sandeep Pandey while was interacting with the Branch Manager of the Oriental Bank at that time altercation took place with the applicants and the applicants along with others came down and thereafter applicants went out of the bank and came down with the club and assaulted complainant Sandeep Pandey, thereby offence was committed. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were not known to the complainant and all of a sudden incident happened therefore intention cannot be gathered. He submits that charge sheet has
been filed and therefore applicants may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Having regard to the statement of the complainant and the medical report and considering the allegation leveled at this stage, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to revive the bail application after examination of the victim/injured.
