1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents No.1 to 4 would submit that a direction be given to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial Court and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a

period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 would submit that order of the revenue Court shall not be executed till the disposal of the suit.

5. Aforesaid statement is taken on record.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
