1. The present writ petition has been preferred against the order of removal passed by the Sub Divisional Officer dated 13.04.2021.

2. Given the fact that the order of removal is an appealable order under the provisions of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam and because of the fact that there is an alternative statutory remedy available to the petitioner, this Court at this juncture directs the petitioner to approach the appellate authority at the first instance for ventilating her grievance. In the event the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of 15 days

from today along with an application for interim relief, the appellate authority is expected to take cognizance of the appeal/application for interim relief and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the rules at the earliest.
