Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 18/09/2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 15.07.2014 Annexure P-1 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Bilaspur to Rajnandgaon on administrative ground. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an interim order in favour of the petitioner passed by this Court on 08.09.2014 on account of which the petitioner continues to discharge her duties at the place where she was working prior to the issuance of the impugned order. 3.
At this juncture, on instruction, State counsel makes a submission that since the petitioner has an interim protection in her favour for over an year, the State as of now would not insist upon the execution of the
impugned order. However, he prays that the State may be granted liberty to pass fresh order as and when the need so arises. 4.
In the light of the submission made by the State counsel, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon.
5.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed by the State counsel.
