We have heard Learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

The challenge in this application Was to the validity of the State amendment making offences under Sections 188 and 506 IPC non-bailable. 3.

We find from the pleadings that the Petitioner has already been enlarged on bail.

The issue in our opinion has become academic at this stage andwe dispose this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to agitate the issue at a subsequent point of time, if necessary.
