2. The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the State
Women Commission, Raipur, by which, the Commission has directed the petitioner to vacate the tenanted premises on 31.7.2016.
3. In the return filed by the Commission as well as in the return filed by respondent No.1, it is stated that the Commission has already dropped/closed the complaint of respondent No.1 on 19.7.2016 for the reason that the Commission was not aware that respondent No.1 had already filed the eviction application before the Rent Controlling Authority, Jagdalpur under Section 11 of the C.G. Rent Control Act, 2011 and the same was allowed by the Rent Controlling Authority and further, an appeal, preferred by the petitioner against the order of Rent Controlling Authority, has been allowed by the State Rent Control Tribunal.
4. In view of the submission made in the return and since the impugned order has been withdrawn and the proceedings against the petitioner has been dropped by the Commission, the writ petition stands disposed of.
