1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 20/05/2020 sent by the District & Sessions Judge, Surguja for extension of time for final disposal of Cr.A. No. 501/2003.

2. This Court vide order dated 13/12/2019 had directed the trial Court to dispose of Cr.A. No. 501/2003., which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought by the trial Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of four months is granted to learned trial Court to dispose of the said case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
