1. The limited grievance that petitioner raises at this juncture is for a direction to the respondent no.1 & 2 to decide the representation which the petitioners have made in respect of alleged seniority/ Gradation list where

-2the petitioners in spite of being senior are placed below the juniors in the gradation list.

2. Given the limited relief that the petitioners has the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.1 & 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner particularly the representation that they have made in respect of their seniority.

3. Let appropriate decision in accordance with the rules governing the field of seniority be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
