Agrawal Order On Board 13/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that the tenure of the Board of Directors of Zila Sahakari Sangh Maryadit, Raipur has already been expired and new election has been held on account of which, the instant petition has become infructuous. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's name was wrongly deleted as member of Zila Sahakari Sangh Maryadit, Raipur.
