The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.266/2021 registered at Police StationChakradharnagar, District Raigarh, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 186, 353, 269, 270, 294, 427 & 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the application MCRCA No.595 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
