The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the noncompliance of the order dated 05.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 6419 of 2018. 2.

The operative part of the order dated 05.10.2018 which is said to have been violated by the respondents, for ready reference, is reproduced hereinunder:

"Any recruitment made in between would be subject to the outcome of the present writ petition."

A plain reading of the aforesaid observation makes it clear that there was no such restraint put upon the respondent for further initiating the recruitment process. In the opinion of this Court, the respondent was

permitted to continue with the recruitment but the recruitment would be subject to the outcome of the writ petition which the petitioner has filed. 4.

In view of the same, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner by which this contempt petition can be entertained. The contempt petition accordingly stands rejected. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
