1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of First Additional Sessions Judge, Mahasamund, praying for extension of time for conclusion of trial in the Sessions Case No.19/2018.

2. This Court had vide order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr.M.P. No.35/2020 directed the disposal of the Sessions CASe No.19/2018 within a time frame. Subsequent to which, the time was extended by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1239/2020, at present again the extension of time is sought.

3. Taking into consideration, the ground mentioned in the P.U.D., the prayer is allowed. The time for disposing off the Sessions Case No.19/2018 is further extended for a period of three months.
