1. Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the respondents/State would submit that the impugned order is appealable under Rule 77 (3) of the Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015.

2. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioner before the appellate authority within a period of three

weeks from today, the appellate authority would consider and dispose off the appeal on merits within a period of three months from its receipt.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
