In the return, the respondent No.2 has now stated that the only operative reason for incorrect mark sheet to the petitioner was that the respondent No.3 has not communicated to the respondent No.2 the results of the internal marks. As soon as, it was informed to the respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 decided to issue correct mark sheets to the petitioner vide notification dated 01-07-2015 and corrected mark sheet (Annexure R-2/5) has already been sent to the concerned institution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual statement in the return. He, however, submits that in view of such correction having been made in the mark sheet of MBBS Final Year Part-I, consequently, correction in the mark sheet of MBBS Part II is also necessary. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 makes statement that if the petitioner submits an application in writing before the respondent No.2, the same shall be looked into and necessary consequential correction shall be carried out and thereafter, corrected mark sheet of MBBS Final Year Part-II shall also be issued. 5.

Placing the aforesaid statement on record, considering that the grievance of the petitioner regarding correction in the mark sheet of MBBS Final Year Part-I has already been redressed, this petition is finally disposed off. Sd/- Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Judge Tumane
