1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner has expired. Since petitioner is expired, the petition become infructuous.

2. With this observation, the petition is dismissed having become infructuous.

3. However, if the legal representative has again any difficulty with regard to possession of the property, they may file a fresh petition before Sub Divisional Magistrate under section 145 of CrPC.
