1. This is a Second bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

2. First bail of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.01.2020 passed in MCRCA no. 1433/2019 with a direction that in the event of filing of bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of applicant before the Trial Court, the said application be decided on the same date of its filing.

3. I do not found any ground to entertain the bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed on admission stage itself.
