1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is senior to respondent No.4 on the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and charge of Deputy Director, Veterinary Services, has been given to respondent No.4. He would further submit that there is no departmental enquiry pending against the petitioner. Therefore, the State may be directed to examine the matter afresh in light of circular dated 4-8-2011 and 14-7-2014.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.
3. The State Government / respondent No.1 is directed to consider and take fresh decision as to who should man the post of Deputy Director, Veterinary Services, Ambikapur within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interim order dated 11-82016 passed by this Court shall be in force till the decision of the State / respondent No.1 in this regard.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
