Agrawal Order On Board 26/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioner No. 2 has been given Transfer Certificate from respondent No. 5- School, which is illegal and bad in law.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 5- School would submit that petitioner No. 1, who is father of petitioner No. 2, is not satisfied with school administration and, therefore, he is making complaint in general against the school and also uploaded the objectionable material against the respondent No. 5- School in the social media and, therefore, the petitioner No. 2 is not entitled for admission in the school. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) At this stage, counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner No. 1 will not make any complaint against the respondent No. 5- School in future and he will also not upload the objectionable material against the respondent No. 5 in the social media. (5) In view of submission made by counsel for petitioners, counsel for the respondent No. 5 would submit that the petitioner No. 2 will be given admission in the School within a period of three days from today.
