The present appeal arises from order dated 20.11.2015 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 2206 of 2014 declining to modify an earlier order dated 11.9.2015 allowing application for intervention by the Complainant.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the Appellant and are satisfied that in view of proviso to Section 2(1) of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006, the present appeal is not maintainable, arising out of a purely interlocutory order allowing an intervention application. 3.
Allowing a person to intervene does not amount to acceptance of his contentions which remains to be considered by the Court on merits at the time of hearing.
