The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.627/2019 registered in Police Station Birejhar, District Dhamtari, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 376(2) of the I.P.C. & Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
