(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier writ petition preferred by the petitioner being Writ Petition (S) No.5951/2014 (Asmita Kashypa Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) against the order of transfer dated 03.11.2014 was disposed of by order of this Court dated 17.11.2014 as the petitioner withdrew the same with liberty to file representation before the Collector, Bilaspur.

(3) Again writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the same ground for directing the respondents authorities to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner. (4) In the considered opinion of this Court, the present writ petition is not maintainable and dismissed accordingly. However, dismissal of the writ petition would not be a bar on the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner.
