Learned counsel for the appellant submits that earlier Cr. Appeal No. 820/2017 has already filed on behalf of the appellant through High Court Legal Services Committee, therefore, this subsequent Cr. Appeal No.1911/2017 has become redundant. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, instant Cr. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn having become redundant.
