1. This is the fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

2. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.157/2012 registered at police station Ambikapur for offence punishable under Sections 395 & 397 of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The earlier bail applications were dismissed on merits.

4. No case for entertaining this repeat bail application is made out. It is accordingly dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
