1. This petition is filed for seeking 15 days interim bail in respect of the special case No.70/2016.

2. During the arguments it was disclosed that earlier the bail application was dismissed as withdrawn before the Co-ordinate Bench, therefore, it would not be proper for this Court to entertain this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. as the petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy of filing another bail petition before the appropriate Court.
