The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.20/2020 registered in Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau Bilaspur, District Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that during

MCRC No. 3335 of 2020 pendency of the bail application, the applicant has been released under Section 167(2) of the Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above, this bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
