Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has declared surplus Assistant Teacher and has been transferred from Primary School, Tumrikohi to Primary Schol P.V.108, Block Koylibeda, District North Bastar Kanker, therefore,

she be allowed to make representation before respondent No.3. 2.

Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to make representation before respondent No.3 within a period of 10 days from today who in turn shall consider and decide her representation in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.

The effect and operation of the impugned order dated 31/10/2015 shall remain stayed for one month. 4.
