1. Learned counsel for the University submits that by notification dated 13.01.2017, the entire selection process has been cancelled since the earlier selection process did not adhered to the rules governing the appointment. He placed on record the notification dated 13.01.2017.

2. Consequently, the petition appears to have been infructous.
