Order On Board 19/04/2018 (1) The applicant's first and second bail applications were dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 16.07.2015 & 27.01.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3189 of 2015 & 503 of 2017, respectively. (2) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.19/2015 registered at Police Chakar Bhatha, Bilaspur for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 459, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(3) Having perused the material available on record, and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this third bail application, therefore, this third bail application is rejected. Certified copy as per rules.
