Heard counsel for the parties.

The contract was terminated way back on 30.03.2012. Instead of invoking the procedure laid down for dispute redressal system under Clause 24 (Part I) of the General Conditions of Contract, he has decided to assail that decision after more than six years in a writ application.

Writ is dismissed for the reasons as above. If the Petitioner still has remedied within the framework of the agreement, dismissal of the writ will not come in his way.
