Order On Board 17/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and some other persons have moved an application before the Sub Divisional Officer on 14.8.2012, which is still pending and has not been decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to SDO (Revenue), Bemetara to consider and decide the same expeditiously. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, S.D.O. (Revenue), Bemetara is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
