2. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.595/2019 registered in Police Station Kota, Distt- Bilaspur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Having argued at length, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of material witnesses including eye witness - Dewari Lal Yadav.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
