Agrawal Order On Board 16/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners are office bearer of the Navyuvak Matsyodyog Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Kumhari and against whom proceedings under Section 69(3) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative
Society Act, 1960 has been initiated and, therefore, they may be permitted to file reply to the same before the Deputy Registrar.
(2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file reply to the proceedings initiated under Section 69(3) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Society Act, 1960 before the Deputy Registrar and, in turn, the Deputy Registrar shall take a decision on the said proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
