Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
