1. The limited relief sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to respondent no.5 to conclude the process of appointment of Kotwar for Gram Panchayat, Sel under Block Kasdol, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara.
2. Not opposed.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the appointment process was initiated in 2016 and though more than 3 years have lapsed, till date appointment process has not been completed, let respondent no.5 take appropriate steps in ensuring that the appointment of village Kotwar for Gram Panchayat, Sell, Block Kasdol, District BalodabazarBhatapara is concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
