This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant. After hearing the submissions, it is found that the trial of the case is at the fag end, therefore, this application is disposed off with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial against this applicant expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
