1. This appeal by the accused/appellant under Section 14-A (ii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 21.06.2019 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Korea (Baikunthpur), C.G. in Special Criminal Case No. 50/2018, rejecting his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellant is in jail since 11.07.2018 in connection with Crime No. 89/2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 302, 34 of IPC and Section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Khadgawan, District Korea (C.G.).

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal.
