(2) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to revoke his attachment.

(3) By the impugned order dated 29.04.2009, the petitioner has been attached to the office of Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh by the respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh, which has not been revoked. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2-Collector, Raipur.

(4) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(5) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2-Collector, Raipur for redressal of his grievance. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the said authority, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
