1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's husband worked as a Forest Guard. During his service tenure, he was falsely implicated for offences under Sections 409,414,120B read with Section 201 of the IPC and consequently, Criminal Case No. 1241/2011 was registered against him. Her husband was being tried for the said offences but during the pendency of this criminal case, he died on 22/02/2019. Though the criminal case registered against the petitioner's husband has already been abated, his retiral dues have still not been released by the State Government.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the State Government for payment of retiral dues of her late husband which will be considered by the concerned Authorities strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of.
