1. A request letter has been received from the Special Court F.T.C. under POCSO Act, Dhamtari, C.G. praying for extension of time of two months for disposing off the Special Criminal Case No.3/2020 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while disposing off the M.Cr.C. No.375/2021 on 24.02.2021 directed the trial Court to dispose off the case within a period of 02 months.

3. After considering on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., a further extension of two months is granted for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
