The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.255/2020, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 22(c), 25, 27 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application.
