Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsistence allowance is not being paid by respondent No.3. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before respondent No.3 within a period of ten days from today. If the petitioner is made a representation, respondent No.3 would do well and would consider the same in accordance with law on its own merit as early as possible preferably within as period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
