(1) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time of the bail period of the petitioner. Earlier, the bail period was extended up to 30.08.2017 by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr.M.P. No.838/2017.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial Court has fixed for judgment on 05.09.2017. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusal of record, it is directed the bail order granted to the petitioner is extended upto 04.09.2017. Now, the petitioner shall surrender before the learned trial Judge on 05.09.2017. The learned trial Judge shall inform the Registry of this Court about the surrender of the petitioner. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Misc. Petition stands finally disposed of.
