This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the period of three months having expired on 28.11.2015, the petitioner has not heard nor received any communication regarding decision on petitioner's representation as per the order of the Court. The respondent shall communicate to the petitioner within a period of three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order with regard to passing of the order if any on petitioner's representation as per direction dated 12.08.2015. If no communication is received by the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the contempt petition at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is disposed off.
