By impugned order dated 06/02/2014, Tahsildar, Bodala,

District Kabirdham (CG) appointed respondent No.5 as Kotwar of Village Khandsara, Tahsil Bodala, which is appealable before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bodala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file Revenue Appeal before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bodala. 3.

It is made clear that if the appeal is filed before the SubDivisional Officer (Revenue), Bodala along with application for condonation of delay, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bodala is directed to do well to decide the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty/direction.
