This is an application for correction of cause title in WPS No.3463/2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was an employee in the Department of Public Works, Government of Chhattisgarh, however, by an inadvertence, the description of respondent No.1 in the cause title of the writ petition was wrongly mentioned as State of Chhattisgarh through Secretary, Water Resources Department. He would submit that State of Chhattisgarh should have been sued through Department of Public Works. 3.

In view of the above, MCC is allowed and it is directed that the description of the respondent No.1 in WPS No.3463/2015 shall be read in the following manner:- "State of Chhattisgarh through Department of Public Works (PWD), Naya Raipur, Mantralaya, Raipur (C.G.)".

Certified Copy of this order be supplied to the parties along with copy of the order passed in WPS No.3463/2015.
