ORDER

02.09.2016 1) This is a transfer petition whereby the wife has prayed that the petition filed by the husband before the Family Court, Rajnandgaon (CG) be transferred to Family Court, Durg (CG).

2) The petitioner has been attending the Court at Rajnandgaon for more than two years. Therefore, I find no ground to transfer the case from Rajnandgaon to Durg at this Stage. 3) Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Deepak Gupta) Chief Justice padma
