Mr. Chandrakant Palorkar, petitioner present in person, submits that he has preferred appeal before the State Government but he has no means to deposit Rs. 5900/- requisite fee for maintaining appeal, therefore, his appeal has not been heard, aggrieved against which he has filed this writ petition.

Mr. C. K. Kesharwani, President of Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association, present in this Court would submit that the Association will bear the said amount to be paid to the State Government and the amount will be handed over to Mr. Kashif Shakeel, learned counsel for respondent No. 1. 3.
Mr. Kashif Shakeel, learned counsel who ordinarily appears for Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation, submits that the
said amount will be deposited within seven days after receipt from Bar Association with the State Government.

Be that as it may, the said amount shall be deposited by the Bar Association through Mr. Kashif Shakeel, Advocate, to the State Government within seven days from the date of receipt from Bar Association and the appeal preferred by the petitioner will be heard by the State Government strictly in accordance with law. The delay in depositing the fees, if any, shall stand condoned.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
